BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby granted a Special Exceptions Permit for an Institutional Planned Unit Development to be located in the 500 and 600 blocks of McCallie Avenue, the 500 block of Oak Street and the 600 block of Houston Street, being on the northeast line of McCallie Avenue at Houston Street and at Douglas Street.
